1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AphexTrader website, Discord community, trading signals, tools, bots, indicators, or any other services provided by Aphex Capital LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered members, subscribers, and investors in AphexTrader Capital.
Legal Entity: AphexTrader is operated by Aphex Capital LLC, a registered Limited Liability Company in the State of Wyoming, USA. All services, agreements, and transactions are conducted under this entity.

AphexTrader Capital is a privately arranged managed trading service. Aphex Capital LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution under U.S. federal or state law, or under the laws of any other jurisdiction.
2. Services Description
AphexTrader provides the following services:
- Trading Signals: Algorithmic trading signals delivered via our platform and Discord community.
- Discord Community: Access to our private trading community for discussion, education, and signal delivery.
- AI Analysis Tools: AI-powered market analysis, trade journaling, and performance analytics.
- Indicators & Bots: Proprietary trading indicators and automated trading bots for supported platforms.
- AphexTrader Capital (Managed Trading): A managed trading service where we execute trades on your behalf using our algorithmic systems.
- Educational Content: Blog posts, tutorials, and market analysis for informational purposes.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of AphexTrader, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to the following:
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. AphexTrader Capital (Managed Trading)
AphexTrader Capital is a privately arranged managed trading service operated by Aphex Capital LLC. Client funds are traded on MetaTrader 5 (MT5) via algorithmic systems developed and managed by AphexTrader. By participating, you agree to the following terms:
Deposit Requirements
- The minimum initial deposit is $1,000 USD (equivalent in SEK at the fixed rate of 1 USD = 10.5 SEK).
- Subsequent top-up deposits must be a minimum of $50 USD.
- All deposits are processed manually by an authorized administrator and confirmed in the investor portal.
Profit-Sharing Tiers
AphexTrader Capital operates on a performance-based profit-sharing model. The investor's share of net profits is determined by their account tier, based on total deposited capital (in SEK equivalent). No monthly subscription fee applies.
- Bronze — Up to 10,000 SEK deposited: Investor receives 80% of net monthly profits.
- Silver — 25,000 SEK or more: Investor receives 85% of net monthly profits.
- Gold — 50,000 SEK or more: Investor receives 90% of net monthly profits.
- Platinum — 75,000 SEK or more: Investor receives 95% of net monthly profits.
Tier upgrades are applied retroactively at the end of each settlement period. The remaining percentage (AphexTrader's performance fee) is retained by Aphex Capital LLC as compensation for trading and management services.
Profit-sharing applies only to net positive months. In months where the account records a net loss, no performance fee is charged.
Monthly Settlement Process
- Jonathan (AphexTrader) calculates monthly performance and prepares a settlement report.
- The investor reviews and approves the report via the investor portal.
- Profits are transferred to the investor via their chosen payout method (Bank Transfer, Wise, or PayPal).
- No funds are transferred automatically — all payouts require explicit mutual confirmation.
KYC Verification
- Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required for all AphexTrader Capital participants.
- You must provide valid government-issued identification and proof of address prior to trading commencing.
Withdrawal Policy
- Minimum withdrawal amount: $50 USD.
- Maximum one (1) withdrawal request per 24-hour period.
- Withdrawal amount may not exceed the current account balance.
- All withdrawals are processed manually by an administrator. Processing time is typically 1–5 business days.
- Payout methods accepted: Bank Transfer (IBAN/BIC), Wise (email), PayPal (email).
Risk Acknowledgment
- You acknowledge that algorithmic managed trading carries inherent market risk.
- Past performance of the trading system does not guarantee future results.
- You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
- AphexTrader Capital does not offer capital guarantees or guaranteed returns of any kind.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:
- All prices are listed and charged in USD (United States Dollars).
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products, indicators, bots, or signal subscriptions. Unused subscription time is non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, indicators, bots, algorithms, trading strategies, analysis tools, educational materials, and other intellectual property available through AphexTrader are owned by or licensed to AphexTrader and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products and services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
7. Risk Disclaimer
Trading foreign exchange, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should be aware of the following:
- Past performance is not indicative of future results.
- The high degree of leverage available in trading can work against you as well as for you.
- You could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment.
- AphexTrader does not provide personalized investment advice. All signals, analysis, and content are for educational and informational purposes only.
- AphexTrader is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
- You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before making any investment decisions.
8. Prohibited Conduct
When using AphexTrader services, you agree not to:
- Share, redistribute, or resell trading signals, indicators, bots, or any proprietary content with third parties.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software, algorithms, or tools provided by AphexTrader.
- Engage in abusive, harassing, threatening, or disruptive behavior within our community or platform.
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts.
- Impersonate AphexTrader staff or other users.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AphexTrader shall not be liable for:
- Any trading losses incurred as a result of following our signals, using our tools, or participating in AphexTrader Capital.
- System downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service availability.
- Actions, omissions, or failures of third-party services including but not limited to brokers, payment processors, and hosting providers.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to AphexTrader in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service.
- Engaging in prohibited conduct.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Non-payment of fees.
Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will immediately cease. Any fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
11. Privacy
Your use of AphexTrader is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Aphex Capital LLC is incorporated in Wyoming and all legal matters shall be handled under Wyoming jurisdiction.
For investors and users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Sweden, applicable consumer protection rights under local law are not waived by this clause. Disputes may first be submitted to binding arbitration or mediation before litigation is pursued.

13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
