Market Risk
Financial markets are inherently unpredictable. Prices can move rapidly and significantly due to economic events, geopolitical developments, natural disasters, or market sentiment shifts. These movements can result in substantial losses, potentially exceeding your initial investment.
Leverage Risk
Leveraged trading allows you to control large positions with a relatively small amount of capital. While this magnifies potential profits, it equally magnifies potential losses. A small adverse movement can result in the loss of your entire investment and may require additional funds to cover margin calls.

Market conditions change, and strategies that performed well historically may perform poorly in the future.

- Our trading signals are generated by algorithms and are for informational and educational purposes only.
- Signal performance statistics displayed on our website represent historical live-traded results documented over several years. They are not backtests and are not guarantees of future performance.
- Win rates, profit factors, pip totals, and other metrics reflect verified live trades in private documentation. Individual results will vary based on broker, account type, execution speed, and market conditions.
- Execution quality varies by broker, account type, and market conditions — slippage may affect your results versus stated signal prices.
- We are not responsible for differences between signal entry prices and your actual execution prices.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable based on trading performance outcomes.
- AphexTrader Capital: Performance statistics shown on the investor portal represent actual historical account performance. Monthly results may be positive or negative. No guaranteed return or capital protection is offered.
- The profit-sharing model means AphexTrader only earns a management fee in profitable months. In loss months, no fee is charged — but your capital remains at risk.

Regulatory Status
Aphex Capital LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. We are NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution regulated under U.S. federal securities law (SEC), Swedish Finansinspektionen, or any equivalent regulatory authority in any jurisdiction.
AphexTrader Signals Service: Trading signals, indicators, bots, and educational content are provided for informational purposes only. All trading decisions made using these signals are made solely by you using your own brokerage account. We do not hold your funds or execute trades on your behalf within this service.
AphexTrader Capital (Managed Trading): AphexTrader Capital is a privately arranged managed trading service. Client funds are deposited into a dedicated MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading account managed by AphexTrader on the client's behalf. By participating in AphexTrader Capital, you explicitly authorize AphexTrader to execute trades using algorithmic systems within your allocated account. This service is offered on a private, individually negotiated basis and does not constitute a public securities offering.
Participation in AphexTrader Capital does not grant any ownership stake, equity, or interest in Aphex Capital LLC. Profits are shared according to the tier-based profit-sharing structure described in the Terms of Service.
