This Investment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:
AphexTrader Capital provides managed algorithmic trading services. We trade on your behalf using our proprietary trading systems, including AI-powered bots and algorithmic strategies across forex, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrency markets.
Your capital is allocated to our trading infrastructure and managed by our automated systems with human oversight.

You keep 90% of all profits generated on your capital. AphexTrader Capital retains 10% as a performance fee. Performance fees are only charged on net-profitable months — if no profit is generated, no performance fee is charged.
We employ a high-water mark system. If your account experiences a drawdown, we must recover those losses before any new performance fees apply. This protects you from paying performance fees on recovery gains.
The $199/month management fee is a recurring Stripe subscription charged at the start of each billing period. This fee applies regardless of trading performance and covers operational costs. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.
At the end of each calendar month, a settlement process is run that:

All investor accounts are subject to manual review and approval by AphexTrader Capital administrators. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion. Factors considered include investment goals, risk tolerance, and regulatory compliance.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your financial data with third parties except as required by law or payment processing (Stripe).
AphexTrader Capital reserves the right to amend this agreement with 30 days written notice to active investors. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the competent courts of Sweden.
